How to transfer registrar, if your current registrar does not indicate the domain holder's ID?

To initiate the transferring of the registrar, you have to know domain holder’s (registrant’s) email related to the domain and domain holder’s (registrant’s) ID. They have to be provided by the servicing registrar. If servicing registrar avoids or refuses to provide them, apply to .lt registry and submit your communication with servicing registrar.
